Follow the steps below in order to sync your property with your accounts on booking sites:

	Go to PMS in the left sidebar.
	Select your property.

In the horizontal bar below the property name, click on Distribution.

Select Connect.

Each booking site requires a different setup, check the instructions below for more details. 

Connection settings with Airbnb

	After clicking Connect, a pop-window appears. There you can choose to create a new listing or attach to an existing listing. You can also select your cancelation policy and your desired "instant booking allowed category" according to Airbnb specifications.
	Save to keep your changes.

Note: If you select the checkbox for "Charge security deposit on the PMS instead of Airbnb", Airbnb will no longer be responsible for holding the security deposit and the property manager/owner must do it before arrival.

Connection settings with VRBO

	Choose from the cancelation policies available on VRBO.
	Click Save.

Note: You will only find the channel account in this section, if you have previously activated and created the connection in Channels.

Warning: Once the listing is synced you will only be able to update this listing on RentalWise, and the listing can no longer be updated or edited on the third-party portal.
