To add your property or company rental agreement (also known as, Property Terms and Conditions) to a property you need first to add it to your Account Settings first.

Add a new rental agreement

Go to Account settings to add your rental agreement:

	Click on Settings on the bottom of the main left Sidebar.
	Select Legal on the Settings menu.

	Then, select the second tab Rental agreements.
	Click Add new to add a new rental agreement.

Fill the Rental agreement title and your content in the blank space right below.

Add your rental agreement in other languages: Click See all languages to add content in other languages available. You can select your preferred languages in your main Settings.

Click Save

Note: You might manage multiple businesses using RentalWise, each one with specific terms and conditions. To add a new rental agreement click in Add New.

Manage your property rental agreement

To manage your property rental agreement you can:

Go to the property level and scroll down to the Legal section and click Edit.

	Select the desired rental agreement for your property.
	Click Save
